IMPORTANT: If you are selling in the state of North Carolina, we must have a copy of your NC Certificate of Registration before we can ship your order.

Shipping Time: Orders may be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will be updated on shipping status via email or phone. ( this is normal ) The products are from overseas. Some orders may take some extra time to ship.

North Carolina Resale: If you sell anywhere in the state of North Carolina, we must have a copy of the NC Resale Certificate for our records. This is required for resident OR non-resident resellers. A faxed copy or an email attachment is fine.

Volume Discount Policy:
Orders over $50.00, 5% off.
Orders over $100.00, 10% off.
Orders over $300.00, 15% off.

Promotions & Specials: We have the right to terminate, or alter any promotion in progress and/or at anytime.  All promotions are are subject to:  online orders only, apply to the lower 48 states, limited to regular ground shipping, restricted to in-house merchandise-- sorry no backorders.  For example:  Free shipping promotions. 

Shipping -paid by customer: We ship UPS Ground and USPS. ( for overnight or express service, please call us ) Regular UPS Ground charges will be added to your order. All packages are insured and built into shipping cost.

International orders: International orders: Shipping will be added when orders are shipped out. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Customers are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees which may incur after shipments leave the United States. The payment for international orders is via PayPal.  All sales are final.

Drop-Shipping: Within USA only. Receiver must be prompted, fully aware and responsive toward accepting drop-ship order. ALL sales are final with drop-ship orders. No refunds or exchanges. Drop-ship address must be accurate.  Drop-ship orders are at the buyers risk, and we are not responsible in the event of lost packages, theft, or any other adverse outcomes during this type of transaction.  

Freight Forwarding Orders : Freight Forwarders within USA only. Freight forwarder company must be prompted, fully aware and responsive toward accepting order. ALL sales are final with orders that use freight forwarders. The freight forwarding company's address must be accurate.  Orders that use a freight forwarder are at the buyers risk, and we are not responsible in the event of lost packages, theft, or any other adverse outcomes during this type of transaction.  

Payments: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay ( mobile device ), Google Pay.

Sales and Clearance Items: All sales are final.

Discrepancies: Discrepancies must be reported immediately after an order is received.  It is up to the buyer to confirm communication with Precision Products by either calling or emailing regarding the issue at hand.  

Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods, and authorized. Shipping on returned items is prepaid by customer. A 15% restocking fee added to returned items, which includes refused or unopened items. Returns must be in original packaging. All purchases are made upon the buyers risk. No returns accepted from on third party buyers.

Defects: Please inspect all goods upon the arrival of your order. We will gladly replace any good(s)that proves to be defective. ( within 15 days of arrival of order ) Unfortunately however, we cannot accept back a defective good(s) as a result of being in ''re-sold'' status. Therefore please inspect all goods upon the arrival of your order, and before these goods change hands. Likewise, shipping on returns is prepaid by customer.

Notices: All scissors, tools, and instruments are for non-medical use. Certain items are very sharp. Keep away from children. Always use protective eye-wear when using tools. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of any items, listed, illustrated, or sold. Precision Products makes every attempt to provide accurate information for each item. Actual packaging, specifications and product may be different from the information and picture provided.
Sometimes the outside packing may differ from time to time. Additionally, the outside of packing of hand-crafted items such as pliers, hobby picks, scissors and other implements may differ from time to time. ( such as color of pouch vs non color

Back-ordered items: Certain items may become unavailable before we can replenish stock, and before the website is updated. Normally, back-order items will ship within two weeks after the order is received. Because items are imported as well as manufactured overseas, this turn-around time may be extended.

Another important situation that needs to be addressed is that, we try to update our site as expeditiously as possible, that is ---when items become available again. So if we send out orders that are somewhat partially shipped, we will refund that portion of goods, to ''square'' up with the customer.
