Order Status
•  When will my order be shipped? 
Orders ship within 4 to 6 business days but in many cases can be sooner.

• How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can change product quantity, delete or add items at anytime before the checkout process is completed. 
• How do I track my order?
Right after the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• My order never arrived.
Please contact us at: 888-206-5951.  We will go over the shipping address to confirm that it is correct. If order is lost, we'll need to file a claim with the carrier.
• An item is missing from my shipment.
Contact us immediately so we can review the order. While we check our copy of the pick list, you'll want to as well, inspect the package for damages incurred during transit. 
• When will my backorder arrive?
An approximate time for backorders will be denoted on the invoice.

Simply log in to your account, make the necessary revisions, then click the update button. 
• How much is my shipping?
Exact shipping cost is determined at the time your order ships out.  If you want a reasonably close approximation before the order ships, we are happy to assist with this matter. 
• I forgot my password.
A link will be sent to you via your email to re-create your new password. 
• How do I return my product?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  The return address is:

• I received the wrong product.
Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustment.

International Shipping
• Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all areas of the US and Canada. For additional counties, the drop-down at check out will have a full list of countries.

• What are my payment choices?
We offer:  Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
• When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
It will ship within 4 to 6 business days.  Shipping is mostly based on weight, address, and postal code. 
International customers are responsible for customs and brokerage fees. 
• What is the return policy?
Returns must be made within 30 days.
No returns on international orders.

Pricing and Billing
• Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is $10.00. For international orders, it is $50.00.  
• Do I have to pay sales tax?
No.  However, ALL businesses within the state of North Carolina must provide with a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate.  
• I have a question on my charges.

• When will my credit appear on my account?
Within your next credit card statement.
• When will my credit card be charged?
Right before your order ships out.

• Do you drop-ship orders?
Yes, within the lower 48 states of USA.  We must have a clear precise shipping address.  We are not responsible for erroneous address information or returned parcels. 
• How long has PrecisionProducts.us been in business?
Since 1994.
• I live in the state of North Carolina, when can I place my first order?
Just as soon as you are prepared to do so and acknowledge that we have received your copy of the NC Resale Certificate. 
• I'm turning 17 years old next week, can I buy from PrecisionProducts.us?
No. You must be at least 18 years or older to purchase from Precision Products.
