: Orders may be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will be updated on shipping status via email or phone. ( this is normal ) The products are from overseas. Some orders may take some extra time to ship.

UPS Ground, USPS ( no daily pick-up for USPS ),
( Air Services and International-call )
Regular UPS Ground charges will be added to your order. All packages are insured and built into shipping cost. For Air Services and International Rates, please call, fax, or email. Sorry, but we cannot ship ''freight collect'', or billed to customer's UPS account.

International orders: We ship to Canada, and other countries as listed on website. ( list appears on order screen ). All sales are final on international orders. We will take extra careful steps to make sure all documents are carefully prepared, but cannot be held liable for delays while in transport. We are not liable for lost packages while in transport. ($50.00 minimum ) Extra days may be added to international orders before shipping, if necessary. We can ship ''expedited'' orders but not responsible for packages delayed by any shipping carriers. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

Drop-Shipping: We have the capability to do this. ( only within continental USA ) *IMPORTANT-please make sure ''ship to'' address is valid and accurate. The receiver must be prompted, fully aware, and responsive toward accepting the order. No extra charges. ALL Sales are Final with Drop-Ship Orders, no Refunds or Exchanges.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex, and Paypal. We are sorry but there are no COD orders or terms. Please note: we will charge a $20.00 restocking fee if an order has to be restocked because the credit card used is declined.

Sales and Clearance Items: no returns or refunds on sale or clearance items.

Sale Items: are excluded from volume discounts, or when specials or promotions are conducted.

Any discrepancies must be reported immediately after an order is received.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. The shipping on returned items is prepaid by customer. There is a 25% restocking fee added to returned items. This includes refused or unopened items. All purchases are made upon the buyers risk. Shipping portion cannot be refunded, whether orders shipped or orders returned.

Defects: Please inspect all goods upon the arrival of your order. We will gladly replace any good(s)that proves to be defective. ( within 15 days of arrival of order ) Unfortunately however, we cannot accept back a defective good(s) as a result of being in ''re-sold'' status. Packaging must be in sell-able condition. Therefore please inspect all goods upon the arrival of your order, and before these goods change hands. Likewise, shipping on returns is prepaid by customer. You can ship merchandise back to us if there has been a determination of merchandise to be damaged or defective. In some cases we can provide customer with Precision Products UPS account number. Also, in this case merchandise can only be returned at UPS regular ground cost only.
All scissors and instruments are for non-medical use. Certain items are very sharp. Keep away from children. Always use protective eye-wear when using tools.

It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of any items, listed, illustrated, or sold.

Sometimes the outside packing may differ from time to time. Additionally, the outside of packing of hand-crafted items such as pliers, hobby picks, scissors and other implements may differ from time to time. ( such as color pouch vs non color pouches / color sleeves vs clear sleeves )

Back-ordered items: Certain items may become unavailable before we can replenish stock, and before the website is updated. Normally, back-order items will ship within two weeks after the order is received. Because items are imported as well as manufactured overseas, this turn-around time may be extended.
Another important situation that needs to be addressed is that, we try to update our site expeditiously as possible, that is when items become available again. So if we send out orders that are somewhat partially shipped, then we refund that portion of goods, to ''square'' up with the customer.
